Introduction to Climbing Movement
Are you new to climbing? Why not start your climbing career by learning some technique and establish good habits...before creating bad ones! This program is focused on training climbers to move as efficiently as possible while on the wall. Climbers that have completed this program come away from class having received direct feedback on how to improve as a climber from our accomplished Coaching staff. The information covered is material that will give you skills on the wall that you will use for as long a you call yourself a climber. Climbers enrolled in this class will receive free-gear rentals and a membership with unlimited access to the facility for one month. The Movement class consists of four-two hour sessions held on Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Our four-week Movement Class will revolutionize your climbing technique. Our instructors will hone in on your climbing and give personalized one-on-one feedback to help you learn to climb more efficiently using precise footwork, balance, and straight arms.
