Movement Class at CityROCK

Our Movement class progresses climbers through a 3-week program that focuses on climbing technique. Movement meets the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Mondays of every month. This is a great way to start your climbing career or learn new techniques.

Climbers will learn:

  • Efficiency of movement while climbing
  • Footwork
  • Balance
  • Learn proper body mechanics
  • Warm-up exercises
