Want to improve your fitness? This is the class for you! Take a weekly 1.5 hour session where athletes will work directly with a coach through a variety of climbing related workouts, both sport and bouldering, before breaking out into a fitness routine. Each week the workouts will change, leaving athletes with a wide variety of ways they can come can climb and get some extra training in to help achieve fitness goals. New to CityROCK? This class is a great place to workout and climb with likeminded people in a fun atmosphere.
