CityROCK yoga teacher Ayano would like to invite fellow climbers to an online space to gather and practice meditation. Meditation is a great way to manage anxiety and stress during this time of uncertainty. It is also helpful to build more focus and resilience as a climber.
In this 30 minute gathering, we will say, "Hi," to each other, I’ll introduce some of the concepts of meditation from different philosophies and sit for about 10-15 minutes together through a guided meditation. I am happy to keep the zoom room open for a little longer if anyone wants to stay and talk a little more. While we are “physically” distancing, we can still engage with each other socially.
