Tight hamstrings? Sore back? Over time, tension in our lower body can often lead to strain on our backs. By creating space in those restricted muscles, we can begin to move and feel better. Taught by Matthew Wilson, LMT, RES-CPT, this clinic will cover simple exercises and habit changes to mobilize your hips, reduce the strain on your spine, and get you climbing stronger.
