Improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance with CityROCK's new HIIT class! HIIT stands for "High Intensity Interval Training," where participants will perform short bursts of intense exercise followed by shorter rest times in a circuit style hour long class. The goal of this class is to work as hard as you possibly can while maintaining good form. This class will get your heart rate going and you'll be sure to break a good sweat!
