Movement Class at CityROCK

During this 4-week program, students learn how to create their own training program, as well as gain a greater confidence while climbing. Athletes are taken at any level of fitness. Each week, coaches will take participants to different areas and angles of CityROCK’s bouldering area to work on different strategies and techniques for reading climbs better and finding beta that works for you.
