Movement Class at CityROCK

Our Movement class progresses climbers through a 4 week program that focuses on climbing movement. Movement meets once a week for 2 hours. This is a great way to start your climbing career, or learn new techniques.

Climbers will learn:

  • Efficiency of movement while climbing
  • Edging and footwork
  • Balance
  • How to climb with your hips in and straight arms
  • Warm-up exercises
  • Climbers receive a movement program booklet to accompany the course
