This is a two-day class that will meet the same day of the week for two consecutive weeks.  Day one will cover clipping techniques, back clipping, z-clipping, bad leg positioning, lead belaying, giving a soft catch, falling, risk assessment, and more.  Day two will be 1 week after day one in order to give you plenty of time to practice. 

Day two will consist of more falling in many different situations with students actually leading routes while receiving feedback from their coach.  Risk assessment will also be covered in more detail on this day.  At the end of the second day students will have an option to become lead certified at CityROCK.  For any other questions please email adult programs.
