Donation Guidelines

To be considered for a partnership or donation, requests should be submitted at least one month before the date of the event. Requests received outside of this time frame will be considered, but priority will be given to those who submitted on time. All organizations will be notified if their request was accepted or declined within one week of submission unless otherwise noted.

All donations will be available for pick up at the front desk unless the organization arranges to pay for postage.
