CityROCK offers numerous climbing programs for adults who are interested in learning more about rock climbing or that would like to improve their technique. Our introductory classes are designed to give beginners the skills needed to climb independently at CityROCK and is a great first-time climbing experience. If you’ve climbed before and are looking to improve your skills, we offer Intro to Lead Climbing, Movement, and Private Coaching. Our facility also includes a Yoga studio and a full fitness center, all included with our membership.
