Fitness and Yoga

From body awareness to flexibility, yoga in its various styles can be very beneficial for climbers. CityROCK’s yoga schedule includes Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Mobility Yoga, Sunrise Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Hatha Yin.  Yoga classes are held Monday – Thursday from 6:15 to 7:15 PM and an additional class on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.  We also have morning classes Tuesday – Thursday at 6 AM, and Saturdays at 9 AM. 

Yoga is free to members, $10 for non-members.

Slackline Class with Reagan

Discover the art of balance and mindfulness through our Introduction to Slacklining class. Slacklining is an exhilarating activity that involves walking and performing tricks on a suspended narrow webbing, akin to a tightrope, typically set up between two anchor points. In this course, you will embark on a journey to master the fundamental techniques of slacklining while reaping a multitude of physical and mental health benefits.

Reagan is one of the friendly faces you’ll find at the Beta Center here at CityROCK! Reagan shares the same passion for the outdoors that we all do, and he has a heart for sharing ways we can improve both mentally and physically. Reagan found his love for slacklining at a gathering in Moab, Utah and is bringing it to the community as a practice that benefits both of those! Slacklining is easy to learn and difficult to master, and Reagan can’t wait to walk alongside you as you learn!

Pre-registration isn’t required, but is suggested if you’d like to guarantee your spot. 

Fitness Area

In our fitness area we have one squat rack, a full set of dumbbells, and cardio machines. Among the cardio machines you can find treadmills, ellipticals, a rower and a bike. Other fitness equipment includes Bosu Balls, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and foam rollers. 

Training Area

In our training area you can find adjustable training walls that can be set to varying degrees to meet your training goals as well as hangboards, campus boards, and a moonboard. Other climb training equipment includes pulleys, various grip blocks, resistance bands, gymnastic rings, and TRX bands.

Wellness Room

Our Wellness Room is a private room located in our Fitness Area where licensed massage therapists and Reiki practitioners offer professional services onsite.
