Step 1: sign a waiver

Step 1: sign a waiver

All CityROCK participants must have a current signed waiver on file. Minors under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. If you’re bringing children that are not your own, please have their parent or legal guardian fill out our waiver online before you arrive. Filling out waivers before you arrive will save you time!

step 2: pay

step 2: pay

Purchase your passes and your rental gear. If you plan to climb our tall walls, you will need a harness. Climbing shoes are optional, but everyone must wear shoes while climbing.

step 3: orientation

step 3: orientation

All climbers must watch our orientation video in the gym regardless of ability. This video will acquaint you with our gym and teach you what you need to know to use the autobelays. Even if you’re not using the autobelays, you must watch the video at CityROCK.

step 4: staff check

step 4: staff check

Once you’ve watched the video, a staff member will accompany first timers out to the floor. The staff member will show you around and do an autobelay check. If you’re new to our gym, but know how to belay, a staff member will test your belay skills and get you certified.
