Membership change requests for all monthly memberships must be submitted by the close of business on the 4th of the month in which the changes go into effect. 

You can use the form below to make changes to your membership.  Taking a break but planning to return in less than five months? Our monthly freeze fee is $10 per month, and the initiation fee to restart your membership is $45. If you come back in less than five months, freezing is more cost-effective. Membership will be automatically terminated if frozen for more than a year.
