Parking

CityROCK is located in downtown Colorado Springs, which means downtown parking. We do not have free parking at our facility (yes, it bums us out, too!). We have tried to acquire free parking in the downtown area, but nothing has worked out. We'll continue to try to find downtown parking. In the meantime, we hope this page helps you find the best parking options for you. 

Metered Parking: 
Parallel and nose-in
On all downtown streets
$1.50 per hour
Monday - Saturday, 7 AM to 10 PM
Sunday, 1 to 10 PM
2 hour to 4 hour limits
Change or card accepted

Parking Garages: 
The Kiowa Garage is the closest and cheapest parking option near CityROCK, located across the street on the SW corner of Kiowa and Nevada. 

  • 1 Hour       $1.00 (or fraction of)
  • Daytime   $10.00 max
  • Evening    $5.00 (In after 4pm)
  • Month      $80.00

The Cascade Garage is located at 215 N Cascade, between Bijou and Platte on Cascade. 

  • Monday - Sunday 
  • Flat rate   $3.00  (All day)
  • Monthly    $80.00

Parking Lots: 
The  Pikes Peak lot is the closest paid parking lot to CityROCK located on the NE corner of Pikes Peak and Nevada. You can purchase day rates or a monthly pass, which can be transfered among vehicles. 

    • 2 hours   $6.00
    • Monthly   $85.00

Free Parking:
For those willing to walk, you can find free parking the further you get from the city center.
